Mirijam Grosman
Mirijam Grosman has graduated with a BSc in Psychology (University of London) and a MSc in Organizational Psychology (City University London). She started her career as an organizational psychologist for multiple international companies where she consulted managers and employees in the workplace and held workshops in leadership, teamwork, communication and more. Later, Mirijam decided to pursue her passion for sports and completed her degree to become a certified Sports Psychologist.
As a tennis player, Mirijam reached a world ranking of 66 (age 30-35) and is competing in international and national tennis tournaments until today.


Being a Mum of 3, Mirijam practices a healthy lifestyle that includes mindfulness, enjoying mainly a non-processed sugar-free diet, as well as taking part in physical activities such as yoga and pilates besides tennis.
Mirijam’s vast experience in competition helps her relate well to stress, anxiety, ups and downs within sports as well as injuries and mental recovery from it. She integrates her competition knowledge together with her belief of a healthy lifestyle and her knowledge as a long-term psychologist into her sports psychology and mental coaching approach.
Mirijam works with individual athletes, teams, coaches, as well as parents (of minors).
