If you are looking for something unique in mental coaching that should meet your needs as an athlete or sports coach, this is it! As an experienced athlete and professional tennis player herself, Mirijam has developed a special program that integrates practicing mental tools during the athlete’s regular practices on the court.
Mirijam has worked with various academies to build a mental coaching program that is strongly based on psychological research, translated into action items and can be included in practice sessions whilst executing the sports. With this program you will be offered practical mental tools that help you reach peak performance in real time situations.
On-court mental coaching is a special program that works with teams, groups of individual athletes, or on a one-on-one basis. Sessions are packages of at least 5 hours up to weekly sessions for a year.
